Terms & conditions.

These terms govern your use of this site and any purchase of the VJ Beginners Bootcamp (the “Course”). By using the site or buying the Course, you agree to them. The Course is sold and operated by Tia B Tshabola.

1. Course access

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Course for your own individual learning.

Course access may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Payments

The Course costs £124 as a one-time payment in GBP. Payments are processed by Stripe. We are the seller; Stripe handles the payment and never shares your full card details with us. Where VAT or other sales tax applies, it is accounted for by us. Access is granted to your account as soon as payment completes.

3. Refunds

The Course is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cancellation right once purchased. On that basis, all sales are final once course access has been granted.

No refunds will be provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of use, scheduling conflicts, failure to complete the Course, or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.

Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be excluded: if the Course is faulty or not as described, contact t@nuvisionstudio.xyz and we'll put it right.

4. Intellectual property

All Course content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, video lessons, presentations, graphics, audio, written materials, templates, downloadable resources, Course branding, and lesson structure. Ownership of all materials remains solely with Tia B Tshabola.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Record or screen record any part of the Course.
• Photograph, reproduce, copy, or distribute Course content.
• Upload Course materials to websites, cloud storage, AI platforms, messaging apps, forums, or social media.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Course material.
• Share your account or login details.
• Use automated software, bots, scraping tools, downloaders, or similar technology to extract Course content.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks.

Any attempt to bypass technical protections or gain unauthorised access to Course content is strictly prohibited.

6. Account sharing

Each purchase is intended for a single individual. If account sharing or unauthorised access is detected, access may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund.

7. Course availability

The Course is delivered online. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted access, temporary maintenance, updates, technical issues, or platform changes may occasionally affect availability. We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, replace, or remove lessons and resources at any time.

8. Educational purpose

The Course is designed to help you develop your VJ and visual performance skills, expand your creative practice, and build confidence with the techniques and workflows taught.

Individual results vary depending on experience, practice, consistency, equipment, and personal application. No specific professional, financial, or career outcomes, including employment, bookings, clients, audience growth, or income, are guaranteed.

9. Third-party software

The Course references and demonstrates third-party software and hardware, including Resolume. You are responsible for obtaining any licences required to use these products. All trademarks and intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Community guidelines

If the Course includes a private community, comments section, or similar space, members are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, spam, abusive behaviour, unauthorised promotion, or sharing of Course content may result in removal and termination of access without refund.

11. Privacy

To provide access we collect certain personal information, including your name, email address, account information, and purchase records. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us. See our privacy policy for the full picture.

12. Technical requirements

You are responsible for having suitable hardware, software, internet access, and any required licences to complete the Course. Recommended equipment and software requirements are provided within the Course where applicable.

13. Support

Reasonable support is provided through the contact method below. Support covers Course-related questions. It does not include personalised consulting, freelance work, technical troubleshooting beyond the scope of the Course, or one-to-one mentoring unless explicitly stated.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, where there is reasonable belief that these terms have been breached, including copyright infringement, redistribution of Course materials, account sharing, fraudulent activity, abuse towards staff or community members, or attempts to circumvent platform security.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or the Course is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Course following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.
